That experience taught me something important: people want to be heard, respected, and helped with real solutions.

Who is Arron?
I’ve called Brantford home for my entire adult life. I met my wife here, raised my two kids here, and built a life around the people and places that make this community what it is. Whether I’m at work, at home, the ball diamond, or cheering on the Bulldogs, being present for the people I love has always mattered more to me than anything else.
Community isn’t just a word to me it’s something I try to build every day. I started a food drive that’s brought in more than 5,000 pounds of donations over the last four years, because a customer once handed me a bag of groceries and asked if I knew where it could go. I said, “this could work,” and a week later we were up and running. For the past 20 years, I’ve coached and organized for Brantford Minor Baseball, and I’ve spent countless hours finding small ways, even a few funny roadside signs, to bring a little extra joy into people’s day.
I learned the value of showing up and sticking with something from my dad, who stayed loyal to one place of work for over 30 years. That same commitment is what I bring to my family, my neighbours, and now to Ward 3. I believe people deserve to be heard, respected, and helped with real solutions; and that’s the kind of representation I will bring to City Council.

WARD THREE
Ward 3 is Brantford’s smallest ward by geographic area, located in the central-north part of the city. It’s bounded by Dundas Street to the south, King George Road to the west, Park Road North and Governors Road East to the north.
The ward is home to several well-known neighbourhoods, including Brier Park, Greenbrier, Cedarland, and part of Terrace Hill. It’s largely residential, with a mix of detached homes, local parks, and schools, all within close reach of the city’s major commercial corridors.
